FATAL PICTURES’ FAMILIAR set to Premiere on FEARnet this Monday July 8th (2013) #TV# VOD #ONLINE
FEARnet IS UNLEASHING OVER 30 SHOCKING SHORT FILMS IN 2013, FEATURING STAR-STUDDED FESTIVAL FAVORITES, RARELY SEEN GEMS AND MUCH MORE !
Updates are abound for our short film, “Marrow”. In case you missed the announcement. I am working on a short, independent film titles “Marrow” – an apocalyptic tale of morality where our protagonist, Lindsay, must fend for herself and her younger siblings in a dangerous world.
First, if you look above, you will see our new teaser poster for the film. I have been scouting the local area in search of an abandoned silo where one of our characters calls his home. Found a few potential locations but still have to hunker down what will be the final shooting location.
Next, we have some audio updates. We now have Alan Zapata on board with audio engineering. You can take a look at his impressive resume by visiting his website at http://www.alanzapata.com/. Also on board is talented composer Andrew Senna who is sure to add an awesome soundtrack to our film.
To check out our video updates and/or to donate to the film, please visit our campaign page at http://igg.me/at/marrowshort/x/2697502 and be sure to click on the “Updates” tab! We are getting closer to the end date of the campaign and still need all the help we can get.
But Army of Darkness II is! Ok, for years fans have labeled Army of Darkness as Evil Dead III, but nowhere other than by the fans, was it ever officially named that. So it is no surprise to everyone that when another film in the series is announced that fans (myself included) would label it as Evil Dead IV.

Ok, so maybe it’s not mine, but I’m on board as AD (Assistant Director for those who didn’t know – was that too posh?) as well as casting director and set designer (more like assistant set designer)! Pretty exciting stuff – but in order to make this happen we are calling on the public, friends and family to show their support and lend a helping hand in order to get the funds.

Death is funny, right? Death as in the Grim Reaper. While many, if not all, would agree with me that they don’t want Death knocking on their door anytime soon unless he is stepping out of the silver screen during a screening of Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey where Death was, to put it lightly, a joke. but, what if Death had a teenage daughter?

Really, a sequel to a supposed movie that was “based on a true story”? This film, also being touted as a true story, doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the first film. As a matter of fact, the full title of the film is The Haunting in Connecticut: Ghosts of Georgia. Last time I checked Connecticut and Georgia are two different states. I can only hope that this is a working title? Either way, does not look all that appealing. Seems like they are just using the original film’s title as a selling point to the masses, one of which I’m not buying.
