I am currently sitting in front of my computer, scared witless. Every moment could be my last. My friend is here with me and he is the sole reason why my life is in danger. It may not make sense at first, but let me explain.

It all started earlier today, when a friend of mine burst into my house and slammed the door behind him. His eyes were wide with fear and he stood there with his back against the door, breathing heavily. I asked him what had happened and he told me this story:

What makes a mask iconic? Good question, unfortunately I don’t have the answer to that. Could it be the expressionless look that an iconic mask adheres? Or could the answer be as simple as that it exhumes a creepiness that sends chills down to the core? After all, we wouldn’t want to be met with anyone wearing such a mask in a dark alley, would we?

Enter the Slenderman! Ok, so it’s not a real urban legend and is in fact made-up. Still that doesn’t, in no way, take away from the creepy mythos that is the Slenderman and the popularity it has endured over the internet.

Must say that this is quite (very) disappointing as it is plagued with cheap sound effects and not-so scary stories (none at all!). As corny as a lot of these Halloween records are, this is one of the worse as little to no effort was put into even remotely trying to give us a scare. This one ranks up there among the crappiest!
