Just in time for the neglected “holiday” that is Halloween, probably one of the scariest films in the last decade comes to bluray! Here is your chance to win it. If there is one scary movie you need to watch this Halloween, this is it.
Based on a true story, the movie tells the horrifying account of how famed paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren were summoned to help a family terrorized by a dark presence in a secluded farmhouse which they recently bought. What is the difference between Paranormal Activity 4 and the other three films in the series? Close to nothing. However, Paranormal Activity 4 takes home the award for being the worse in the series. What’s new in Paranormal Activity 4? Absolutely nothing.

Really, a sequel to a supposed movie that was “based on a true story”? This film, also being touted as a true story, doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the first film. As a matter of fact, the full title of the film is The Haunting in Connecticut: Ghosts of Georgia. Last time I checked Connecticut and Georgia are two different states. I can only hope that this is a working title? Either way, does not look all that appealing. Seems like they are just using the original film’s title as a selling point to the masses, one of which I’m not buying.

Halloween looms like so many ghouls in a graveyard! To get in the mood, fans of all things creepy and crawly curl up with some hot apple cider (Or tea. Or coffee. Or you get the idea.) and soak up some of literature’s most intense offerings. Horror piques something primitive, adrenaline-fueled, and visceral within us, and even the most pants-poopingly scary jawdropper keeps us begging for MORE, MORE, MORE! Here’s some of that more for you.

I am currently sitting in front of my computer, scared witless. Every moment could be my last. My friend is here with me and he is the sole reason why my life is in danger. It may not make sense at first, but let me explain.
It all started earlier today, when a friend of mine burst into my house and slammed the door behind him. His eyes were wide with fear and he stood there with his back against the door, breathing heavily. I asked him what had happened and he told me this story:

What is creepy pasta? No, it’s not something to eat as it is hard to digest. A Creepy Pasta is a story/tale of fiction intended to unnerve/rattle/creep-out its reader. Colorful name for it, isn’t it?
